For some reason I have been consuming an unusually large amount of blueberries. I wanted to share my two fave recipes using this fantastic berry.
The first one is a sherbet that is so easy. I always skip the removal of seeds and solids. You will need to floss after eating it, but you should be flossing anyway ;) The second recipe is a salad from the current of issue of Southern Living. I have now made it 3 times and I cannot stop eating it.
Finally, I plan to bake my umpteenth batch of Amish Friendship Bread this weekend and I am going to put blueberries in the batter. Yum-O!
