Last week, my friend Barbara (the one with the beauty queen wave!) had some of us over to make this project. Another friend, Janie, taught us the technique

and away we went. The pattern we used is called, "I Can't Believe It's A Sweatshirt", by Back Porch Press. I went a little overboard applying my fabric patches. The pattern said that we would have leftovers-not me! I even had to get into the ends I had cut off the fat quarters! I am really happy with the result. Now, how long until I can comfortably wear it in Central Texas?!
Thanks Barbara, Janie, Donna, Carol & Margaret for a very fun day!

I have taught this class several times and made numerous sweatshirt jackets. I too, can get carried away with adding the patches. Yours looks GREAT!
