White Chocolate Fruit Salad

This is another great recipe from my friend who is a Weight Watchers leader. She brought it to the Sew In and I knew my husband would love it-he does! If you make it exactly as it is written, it has approximately 2 points per 1/2 cup.
White Chocolate Fruit Salad
2 small boxes Fat Free, Sugar Free White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
1-20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, with the juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1-8 oz. Fat Free sour cream
1-8 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip
Drain the pineapple and mix the juice with the orange juice. Add juices to the pudding mix and stir well. Add the sour cream and Cool Whip and fold gently to combine. Add drained pineapple and fruits of your choice and mix well. It is best if you use at least 2 more fruits, I used mandarin oranges, drained and sliced, fresh strawberries.
