This recipe was a big hit at my Sew In yesterday. I got it from my mom, who, although she does not like to cook, has some really great recipes. That's me and the folks, circa 1975.
Corn Dip
Combine the following:
2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn or Delmonte Fiesta Corn, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1-5 jalapenos, chopped ( I used 1 with the seeds removed)
